Lake Motor Group (Chicago area) is hiring a remote Car Sales Manager. You will work inbound leads from our websites and marketplaces — calls, texts and chat with US customers — and guide them from first question to a scheduled visit or delivery. No cold calling.

What we need: fluent spoken and written English (C1+), availability on Chicago time, a quiet workplace and a stable internet connection, and a real interest in selling. Sales or customer-service experience is a strong plus; automotive background is a bonus.

What you get: base pay + commission, training on our inventory and CRM, and a team that answers fast.
